10% + ROI - ZERO Property management and rental fees

Our supercharged rental program comes with ZERO cost until you have received your minimum 10% annual ROI. The association will not charge the usual 20% commission for all the rental income we generate by managing and renting your unit. However, we will split 70%(management)/30%(unit owner) on any income generated over your 10% ROI.
